1 cup water
1½ cup shakkar (sugar)
1½ cup atta (flour)
1 cup ghee
15-20 pieces Kaju (cashew) - fried
5-10 pieces Badam (almond)-chopped
Preparation Method
- Take a pan and put water in it, then add sugar now put it on the flame and get it boil till sugar properly dissolve in water.
- Mix the flour with ghee and grill till it turns into golden brown colour.
- Now mix sugar water and grilled flour.
- Keep stirring it and when it get thicken remove it from flame.
- Garnish with cashew and almonds, serve hot.
