1cup suji
½ cup rice flour
¼ cup maida
800ml water
Salt to taste
Topping-
2 tomatoes-small pieces
1 green capsicum-small pieces
2 onion small pieces
2 tsp coriander-chopped
1 cup grated pizza/mozzarella cheese
Oil to shallow fry
preparation method
- Make a thick batter with suji,rice flour & refined flour using water.add salt to taste.mix well.allow to rest for 15 min.
- Heat dosa tawa and add ½ tsp oil.pour the batter to make a mini uttapam.
- Top with vegetables and cook.
- Now sprinkle pizza cheese. cover to melt or put the pan under a grill for 5-10 min.
