Ingredients:
Rajma = 150 gms
onion = 2 medium sized
Tomato = 1 large
Green chilli = 2
Ginger-garlic Paste = 1 tbs
Garam masala Powder = 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder = 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Methods of preparation
- Marinate the rajma overnight.
- Boil in a pressure cooker till it comes soft.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste and chopped onions.
- Saute till brown.
- Add the green chillies, tomatoes and cook till pulpy.
- Then add coriander powder, salt and 2 cups water and boil well.
- Add the rajma and cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the garam masala powder and cook further till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
