Aloo Bonda



Ingredients:

Potatoes = 2 large (boiled)
Green Chilies = 1-2 (chopped)
Coriander Leaves = 1 tbs (chopped)
Gram Flour (Besan) = 1 Cup
Garam Masala Powder = 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder = 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili Pwder to taste
Oil for frying

Methods of Preparation

Take a bowl put boiled potatoes in it and mashed it add, chili powder, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves and green chilies then mix it well.
Take another bowl now put besan in it and add turmeric powder, little salt and chili powder to it.
Then add little water and prepare batter nor too thick nor too lose.
Make small balls (ladoo) of potatoes mixture.
Then deep each balls in besan batter. And deep fry till to get golden brown in colour.
Serve hot aloo bonda with chutney.
