Rajasthani Aam Panna



2 Green Mangoes
2 tbsp Sugar
4 cups Water
1 ½ tsp Rock Salt(kala namak)
2 tsp Mint Leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation method

Take a pressure cooker and boil green mangoes in it, when it properly get boiled then take out the mangoes from water and let them cool down.
Scoop the pulp out of the mangoes and blend them in a blender. Take out the paste in a large jug.
Add all the other ingredients to the jug and mix well.
