Bombay Pavbhaji



 Ingredients

4 medium Potatoes,boiled and mashed               
4 medium Tomatoes,chopped  
2 medium Onions,chopped        
1 medium Green capsicum,chopped deseeded
1/4 small Cauliflower,grated      
1/4 cup Green peas,shelled       
1 inch piece Ginger,chopped     
8-10 cloves Garlic            
3 tbs Oil               
3-4 Green chillies,chopped         
1 ½ tbs Pav bhaji masala               
Salt to taste
3 tbs  Butter      
8 Pav    
1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves,chopped              
2 Lemons,cut into wedges          

Method of preparation

Boil green peas in salted water till soft and drain it, then mash lightly . Make ginger and garlic fine paste.Take a pan and heat oil in it, then add ¼ of a onion. Stirr till it get light brown.
Then add green chillies and ginger and garlic paste, saute for half a minute.
Add 2 tomatoes and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, continuously saute till oil separates from masala.
Add mashed peas, capsicum, potatoes,cauliflower and 1½ cup of water.  And get it boil for 10 minutes, mashing it with the help of masher or spoon's back till all the vegetable are completely mashed. Then add paavbhaji masala,remaining tomatoes and salt as per your taste.Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
bake bread with butter on tawa till it get crispy and light brown colour. Garnish bhaji with coriander leaves, butter and serve pav, chopped onion and lemon slices.
