Bread Cutlet



Ingredients:

Potatoes = 2 (boiled and mashed)
Green chili = 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger = 1 inch piece (chopped)
Peas = 2 tbs (boiled and mashed)
Red Chili Powder = 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder = 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder = 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed = 1/2 tsp
Cury leaves = 4-5 leaf
Bread = 4 Slices
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

 Methods of preparation

  1. Take a kadai and put 1 tsp oil to heat.
  2. Then add mustard seed and curry leaves, when mustard seed start splatter then add mashed potatoes,green chili, ginger,boiled and mashed peas, red chili powder, gram ,masala powder, dry mango powder and salt.
  3. Mix them well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. When the mixture get slightly cold then make small balls (ladoo) of the mixture.
  5. Now take a big bowl put water in it and dip 1 slice of bread.
  6. Then squeez it and remove water from the slice properly.
  7. While holding slice in hand put potatoes ball on it and cover the ball.
  8. Then lightly press the ball and make it flat and smooth out its edges.
  9. Now take a deep fry pan put oil in it to heat, when oil get smoky hot then low the flame and fry cutlets.
  10. Then serve it with chutney
