Atte ka Halwa

1 cup water

1½ cup shakkar (sugar)
1½ cup atta (flour)
1 cup ghee
15-20 pieces Kaju (cashew) - fried
5-10 pieces Badam (almond)-chopped

Preparation Method
  1. Take a pan and put water in it, then add sugar now put it on the flame and get it boil till sugar properly dissolve in water.
  2. Mix the flour with ghee and grill till it turns into golden brown colour.
  3. Now mix sugar water and grilled flour.
  4. Keep stirring it and when it get thicken remove it from flame.
  5. Garnish with cashew and almonds, serve hot.
